Architecture and design
The exterior is contemporary tropical minimalism: vertical bronze louvres on the facade work as sun shading, and the building's volume is broken into several blocks offset against one another rather than a single flat wall. The planted terrace on the 38th floor carries that logic upward.
The unit interior rests on warm walnut finishes and a muted grey. A fitted wardrobe with a mirrored sliding door and concealed LED lighting on the open shelving set a restrained character, uncluttered by decoration. A black-and-white print on the living room wall is the single accent, and does not fight the overall palette.
