About Longevity Resort

Longevity Resort is not a place where you live, but a place where you live better.
1. The project in brief
Longevity Resort is a premium apartment park of 69 units in Plai Laem, the most exclusive area of north-eastern Koh Samui. Apartments are built with private pools, European quality construction and longevity equipment.
2. What does the buyer receive
Apartments are delivered turnkey, fully furnished. Three types are available, 22 smaller and 22 larger 1-bedroom units (76.5 and 79.5 m²), plus 25 two-bedroom units (127 m²). Each unit includes its own pool and private terrace, there is no central pool. The m² figures, according to Thai convention, include the usable floor area, the covered terrace and the pool areas.
The equipment brings European luxury standards to Thailand. Every apartment features an infrared sauna, a Japanese ice plunge tub, circadian lighting and VOC-free interior materials. Air conditioning and smart home systems are integrated, the kitchen and furnishings are complete. The wellness experience is not provided by a central spa unit but by the apartment itself.
The resort is a gated, controlled-access community with a reception and a co-working space for long-staying owners and guests.

6. Why Koh Samui and Plai Laem
Koh Samui is the second largest island in Thailand, located in the southern part of the Gulf of Siam. It has its own international airport with daily flights to Bangkok, Hong Kong, Singapore and several European hubs. The climate is tropical year-round, between 28-32°C.
Plai Laem is the north-eastern, most exclusive area of the island. The island's largest luxury hotels are built here, including the Ritz Carlton. The airport is 15 minutes away, the main beaches and restaurants are 5-10 minutes by foot or car.
The island's healthcare infrastructure is international standard, Bangkok Hospital Samui is a reference institution in the region. European and Asian expats form a significant, permanent community, English is spoken daily. The 10-year LTR (Long-Term Resident) visa is available for European citizens, with preferential tax conditions.
7. Legal framework
Legal contracts are prepared and reviewed by a Thai law firm. Full legal documentation (template contract, legal certificate, ownership framework) is available upon expression of interest.
8. Who is this offer for
Longevity Resort offers an answer for five characteristic buyer life situations. Most buyers fit into more than one profile, with two or three motivations applying together.
The lifestyle investor is looking for a tropical second home for prestige and value preservation. The longstay buyer's lifestyle allows them to spend 2-6 months per year on Koh Samui, typically escaping the European winter.
The yield-oriented investor seeks yield and portfolio diversification, an active entrepreneur or senior executive. The longevity buyer considers a healthy life strategy, the climate and the longevity equipment as primary.
The fifth group is the HNW digital nomad, who seeks a remote work base in Asia with preferential taxation and flexible lifestyle.
9. Next steps
The interested party can take three routes forward, with gradual commitment.
The project website will be available in Hungarian, German and English. Detailed floor plans, 3D walkthroughs, a pricing calculator and a legal framework summary are available here. This is for first orientation without any commitment.
For seriously interested parties, we organise an on-site visit on Koh Samui. The programme is 2-3 days, the buyer travels at their own expense. During the visit, the buyer can view a showcase apartment, get to know the environment and meet the Thai legal advisor.
