About Proxima Villas Phase 2
Proxima Villas Phase 2 is the second phase of the Proxima Villas development in Bang Tao on the west coast of Phuket. The developer is the same as for the first phase: VEGA by SUN HILLS.
The phases differ in layout. The first has larger three-bedroom villas; this one has a two-bedroom layout. The first phase's description does not apply here: this is a separate project with its own passport and its own units.
Bang Tao is the Laguna area: a six-kilometre beach, golf, resorts and services, and the deepest choice of property on the island. The development sits inland, away from the beachfront.
